Does what it needs to do, at a _great_ price!
3 of 3 found this helpful I own several sous vide circulators and have used several more. While each make and model have minor pluses and minuses, essentially they do the same think -- keep water at an exact temperature. Some have more or less "horse power" (wattage) (this one is at the top with 1000 Watts). Others have features (which are largely useless to me, e.g. WiFi -- This feature is of no value to me.) Some have detachable (replaceable electric cords). Some have more or less intuitive user interfaces. (This one is okay, if not at the top of the list that way,) Bottom line, this one does what it needs to do (keep water at an exact temperature) and is at a great price! (After buying a couple, testing and liking them, I bought more for friends and family -- well, for the few who do not have one yet.) Side note - this one is actually better in some ways than the $200 version I bought a year or so ago. (e.g., quieter.) . Temperature is _exactly_ right.
