A dependable cookbook, one of my very favorite
A long time favorite. I bought this oopy as a gift. The recipes are clear and accessible. The flavors are a valuable to anyone's cooking palate.

a historical artifact
This is the book on which our great grandmothers relied. It had an almost mythical status in the intervening years. Our ancestresses spoke nostalgically of this inclusive work.
