get me a complete saw

i ordered a Makita saw and got an Abaden model HY 7038 Not Makita XCU04Zone. The biggest thing is that i did not receive a complete saw. the bar and bolts are not included. I got the saw, 2 plastic guards and the chain but never got the rest and have tried to get a response for hours without any help to resolve the issue. i have not been able to use this product.
