I love it!
1 of 1 found this helpful The thermal paste it comes with works, but don’t make any mistakes for they do not include enough to try twice. That being said, I did make a mistake. The first time I installed it I ran a benchmark to stress the CPU and it was about 15 to 20°F hotter than my original cooler! I was not happy at first until I remembered I never took the sticker off the bottom plate. Don’t be dumb. My CPU at 100% load maxes out at 160°F Whereas before it would hit 180° to 190°F at full load. The Switch on the top is for “quiet” and “performance” settings. On Quiet it is indeed quiet. And on “performance” it can get fairly loud. But if it needs it, it needs it. All in all I am very excited I won’t be making my computer cry anymore!
*Update*
I just cleaned the thermal paste this comes with with IC diamond Thermal paste and it dropped its max from 160°F to a max of 130°F. I’m sure any other thermal paste would be better. Still worth it though.

Only one problem really.
Everything was accurate about the device, except that there’s a piece of the hinge missing. The hinge works for now, but as far as i could see from the photos and the description, this wasn’t mentioned. Other than that, it works fine and shipped very quickly.
