Outstanding for the price!
Worked just as described out of the box. Easy set up. Works excellent for my wife who is subject to falls. Great value without monthly fees.

Best battery that Ihave owned or have seen on the market!
Found the item to everything that it was advertised. Love the fast mobile use of the unit and no cords. I purchased the refurbished unit and found it to the same as new. Compared to the other two battery units that I have owned , Hoover is by far the best. I highly recommend this product.
