Love this carrier!
This makes going to the grocery store so much easier than using a stroller or hauling the carseat/carrier into the store. When my baby was a newborn, she rarely took naps unless someone was holding her. After receiving this carrier, she was able to fall asleep while I was "holding" her, but I was hands free and able to do other things. It is extremely simple to use-- no confusing bells and whistles. I love that there is a newborn insert included. I know people love the Ergo carrier, but you have to buy an infant insert separately from the carrier. I wish the pocket on the belt was a bit bigger; my phone only fits in the hood pocket, and occasionally, the plastic strap adjusters dig into my sides. Other than that, I love it, and I am so glad to have it!
