One of the best white gel pens
I use the UM-153 (broad) all the time but recently I've needed to create finer white lines. These UM-100(07) gel pens work just as well as the broad pens, delivering a very smooth and opaque white line. A lot of artists like to use this over watercolour but I personally don't like to do that as the watercolour particles can clog the pen tip. If used over water soluble mediums, the white will appear less opaque (because the soluble colour gets absorbed into the white ink). The ink is not waterproof.

Fantastic Pen
I love this pen for the same reasons that some people hate these types of pens. The fude nib creates very interesting lines of varying widths -which gives character to your writing and drawing. You have to relinquish total control of your lines and allow for a touch of spontaneity when using this, but that's not to say it's an unpredictable pen.
Adjust your grip and tilt of the pen to change how thick a line you lay down. I even use the back of the nib for finer lines. I fill with Platinum Carbon ink and the flow is great - been using it for two weeks with no clogging.
