Pump or cartridge? Examine under the electrical cover.
I gave the cartridge 5 stars but actually solved my issue with a replacement circulator pump that included a new cartridge, so this cartridge will serve as a spare. If you are not sure if you need a new pump or just the cartridge, turn off the power and examine the pump electrical components under the cover; if I had done that I would have seen the electrical burn and figured out I needed a new pump (image attached). Home DIYer rookie mistake.
