  I purchased then waited patiently. Finally received a note that they had shipped. They were due to arrive by the 24th but hadn't seen them by the 30th so sent a message telling them I still wanted the item. I was issued a refund no questions asked. I find this kind of strange. If they had been shipped. Where were they? Why no questions before the refund? Would not purchase from you again since I see others have also not received their items.
