When the buyer asked why I hadn't sent a battery, I acknowledged that it was because I hadn't realized my mistake. I did fill my end of the transaction by promptly sending a battery, as he requested. I did not offer a price adjustment because the buyer asked for the battery, not an adjustment. He apparently made this negative feedback before I shipped the battery. He is not without what he ordered.

Refurbished Paslode Finish Nailer
1 of 1 found this helpful Refurbished Paslode nailer looks like new and worked perfectly at a lower price than a new one. I have many years of experience with an older version that worked well but recently quit. This refurbished newer version is a much better design.
