  I purchased this item on Dec 18. and have not received it (Jan 8), nor any update about it. I understand the holidays delay shipping but this seller never even shipped it.   This individual took my money on July 16th, today is August 1st, never sent the ring for Authenticity, never shipped anywhere. I have to pay finance charges for an individual selling fake jewelry. My credit card is supposed to to reimbursed if I do not receive the item by tomorrow. Frankly, this individual was given too much time to respond. I reached out with messages twice, no response.

  The order was cancelled and the buyer was refunded. It does take some time for the funds to be refunded back to the original payment method.
