Great deal but a little lacking
Great deal but lacking in one area!
The materials used seem good enough quality. The tape is long and strong and the casing is durable but the retractor spring seems weak. It only slowly retracts the tape often causing the dog and tape to tangle and for safety reasons it scares me. I sometimes am not able to restrain my dog fast enough to keep him from other dogs.
All other aspects of the item are great....all but the weak spring.
