Great heater if you can find one at a good price.
The more kW (kilowatts) of power, the better. This provides 9.0 kW while a large number of look-alike heaters provide 3-6 kW. With these heaters, more kW is better. Although a 3-6 kW heater will be fine for doing dishes, taking a low-flow shower, etc. ... it's better to have the capacity to use more warm/hot water if you need it. I bought this model for my cousin's mobile home trailer and he uses it for everything ... and he has two daughters. They've been happy with it for several years now. You just have to get use to doing one thing (dishes, shower, laundry) at a time and do not open the faucet all the way -- a medium flow is sufficient.

VECTOR POWER INVERTER -- AWESOME UNIT
Buy a VECTOR power inverter if you want one that actually puts out the stated power. I purchased a cheap 2000w/4000w Chinese one for 1/2 the price and it couldn't even run my grinder / cut-off tool. Total waste of money and time. I found a USED Vector for the same price as the new China one and the Vector just knocked out the job (had to cut an access panel in the back of my 1999 Chevy Suburban to get to my fuel pump). I even hooked it up wrong and it blew out all the fuses (it has 8 30-amp car-type fuses inside of it to protect it from idiots like me) BUT it didn't hurt the inverter. I put in 8 new fuses and it's good as new. And the fuses weren't soldered in either -- just pull them out with needle-nose pliers and put in the new fuses. Not sure if all the Vector inverters are like this, but I'll wager that they are ... I'm already searching for other used Vector units to keep one at all of my properties.
