  Terrible seller sold a phone that’s still active on their account and doesn’t want to remove it and it’s not in there listing at all! Avoid this dishonest seller! I have the emails from AT&T to prove what I’m saying! Then talking about a 20% restocking fee! Just awful

  Buyer asked for services NOT INCLUDED in sale of phone AFTER auction closed. The buyer was told VERY specifically that nothing was to be done to or added to the phone POST SALE. The buyer was offered their money back and to cancel the order (PRIOR to shipping) and the buyer REFUSED and decided to keep the order and for seller to ship the phone. Buyer received phone as described and now wants a full refund. Buyer bought then tried to leverage POST AUCTION, big no-no.
