Easy to use
I have 2 other sv2000s and they work so easy...this one that I ordered works fine...

Easy to use for a neanderthal...yeah me
Being technically challenged I had been using Appleworks 6 with mac os 10.6.8, which is snow leopard that came with my ancient mac...but I did keep upgrading my os on my desktop and kept using snow leopard on an external...short story...I f..ked up and lost all my info on the external..so I'm rebuilding from scratch...I may be dead before I finish...just wish Apple had kept upgrading...oh well...march on...
