  Not a good experience sends offer I accepted it paid right away and I get a tracking number item never makes it to USPS message seller mutiple times no response as I noticed no movement on tracking now I have opened a refund request still no answer. Today 5/14 they relist this scanner again buyer beware now I have to wait for ebay to step in.

  I hope other buyers read my review, as well as the other reviews left by other buyers, warning them not to buy from this seller. This seller was very unprofessional, very misleading. This seller lied to me about the item being on its way (Stated by them through texts masseges "no worries it's on its way"). Never shipped. Lied about shipping. WASTED MY TIME. If it was possible I would report this seller to ebay. Very disappointed... it was supposed to be a a birthday present.
