These towels are thin and would not be helpful in any kitchen let alone a commercial kitchen. It takes several put together just to grab a hot pan. I bought them for that purpose to use in the kitchen handling hot pans and such. They would do well cleaning something or in a bar but not a kitchen.

Christmas present enjoyed
I purchased this wagon actually for my mom who has always wanted one even as a child and could not have. I found it to be aestically pleasing, rolls very smoothly even with a couple packs of bottled water. Since I had to put together I did find a few flaws that could have been taken care of with a little better materials, namely the wood panels. They are cheap kindling type wood, pine most likely and could have been made with better wood for the same product pricing. I also found the screws that hold the chassis and inside of the bed do not seat smoothly against the metal bed, so if a child was inside could have cut clothing or possibly injured. Not a huge problem but it's easy to see from an engineering perspective. Tires are big and real rubber not plastic as some are.
