Worked for a while
I bought it because my original unit was inconsistently switching the brights on and off. Worked just like OE for 8 months, but now won't turn the brights on anymore. I expected it to last longer than that, but I guess that's too much to ask.

Gives life to an older system
8 of 8 found this helpful Bought this to make my LGA-1155 system capable of playing Battlefield 1 at 60 fps. This CPU is fast. I have it overclocked to 4.4 GHz on air with only a very minor voltage boost. This gives it similar performance to an i5-6600K at stock clock. Not bad for a 5-year-old processor. Never exceeds 65 *C, even during stress testing. Great value, 10/10, would buy again.
