I encountered a challenge where I had some odd requirements on my order after it was placed. BSB did an excellent job of remaining communicative and went out of their way to work with my situation. They sent me information to help troubleshoot and diagnose issues and followed it through to the end. Not very commonplace for EBAY stores which was greatly appreciated.
