  I ordered 4 books at the same time from the same seller so eBay is annoying by asking for 4 separate bits of feedback. So - copy and paste: ordered Saturday evening, despatched Sunday and delivered in one parcel (good seller) tracked Royal Mail lunchtime Tuesday. Excellent service, very good packing. All books as described. Nectar is equally as it treats each book as a separate purchase. I'll get 8 emails from Nectar, eventually. Grumble over. It seems that Baham is owned by Awesome.

  The book arrived in good time but was not of the quality advertised. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly providing an apology and full refund. I accept that with volume sales of second hand goods there will always be some issues however it is the response to these issues that defines the supplier, and in this instance the response was excellent.   El producto llegó pronto, pero no con la descripción, la tapa dura llegó con un Crack y un agujero, en la portada del libro, contacte al vendedor y fue muy cordial y amable, me devolvió un 30% del producto o me ofrecía la posibilidad de devolver el producto y recibir 100% del costo, no creí que mereciera la pena, ya que me costó muy muy barato.
