This GE Lighting 92119 bulb appears to be defective.
This is a three-way LED bulb replacing an incandescent. When I received the bulb I also replaced the 3-way socket with a new one. First, the new bulb appears to be internally wired oddly. All 3-ways are first click lowest lumens; second click medium lumens, and third click delivers the highest level of light. This bulb delivers the the brightest level on the second click and the medium brightness on the third click. I have moved the bulb to another 3-way and it behaves the same, so it is not the internal miss-wiring of the socket.
There is also a problem with the first stage, the lowest brightness, which began in the first week of installation. When the light first comes on it flickers if you bump the lamp. Same behavior in either socket. Also tightening the bulb slightly in the socket, to see if that would solve the flickering problem, actually caused the bulb to go off. Loosening it slightly makes it come back on. Again, it behaves exactly the same way in either 3-Way socket. The incandescent 3-way bulb performs correctly in either socket. Tightening or loosening the incandescent bulb does not cause a flicker. Tightening the incandescent bulb firmly does not cause it it to go out. Oh, btw, the bulb is mounted, in either lamp, with the base down.
My conclusion is that the LED bulb is defective.

30 year old Explorer rear mag wheel lugbolt cover.
The part was used but in functional shape which was all I expected.

The primary picture grossly misrepresented the trap.
