Great n Complete System!!
2 of 2 found this helpful Very thrilled to have bought this system. Came very complete and easy to install with good directions and all of the parts and hardware needed. I owned another brand in the past and this one by far exceeds that. I have been very happy with clean and fresh unlimited water instead of 5 gallon jugs. I would buy another and another for years to come, but I think this system is a superb value to say the least. Spigot is top notch as is the entire set up. Plus the extra filters!! Kudos to the company and people selling these. I could not say enough good things about this purchase. Very happy and again just a great buy overall. Thank you all very much. We drink a ton of water and can be sure now that we are drinking something safe and without the junk in it from who knows where. Best wishes and to anyone looking for a great investment I say buy one! This will pay for itself in a few months based on our use from sports to cooking to giving our dogs clean water! I would buy again in an instant!

Great Quality....BUT!!
Great quality SS items as described. Almost better than originals on Char Griller 3001. Bad points are all holes were not drilled to same correct size. I had to drill out the holes on the smaller brackets to match the holes on the larger brackets which matched all of the matching screws etc. Seems like someone was out to lunch on that one. Next thing is there were no screws that mounted the burners to the brackets which would have been only 3 screws. The tiny holes were worthless so I drilled to same size as other holes on brackets and used 3 old screws and nuts to mount the burner to the brackets. After that with a slight adjustment to the air intake the burners lit up great. Even better than my originals. I like the new intakes too. Also the igniter bracket was a perfect match and worked out great. The heat shields are like a hair to 1/8 inch too long so instead of fully sitting on the bracket they are actually touching the grill while slightly resting on the brackets. They stay in place so that’s a plus and I won’t complain. They took heat well and I like the set. I would have liked to see properly drilled holes and ALL of the mounting hardware and screws available. How many people are going to have enough sense or tools to modify the set to make it fit? I think not too many people would sit well with having to modify a brand new set. That’s the kicker here, but again just that extra attention to detail and this would be a top notch set. I have to take away 2 stars for both bad points, yet applaud them for 3 stars in quality thereafter and for shipping so quickly. Thanks, no bad blood.

They are what I thought they are....a good deal!
Wow, what a huge difference! Ok, first time in 10 years that I changed these out considering I bought the car brand new and have low mileage. Point being these ride very comfortable and the car is smoother than it was when it was new. I am really impressed I hope these last. Perfect fit and install wasn't bad at all. My car sits up so much higher than old stock shocks and springs that were maxed out. Also has improved the handling of the vehicle.
