OK Sony AMP Substitute Remote - But many AMP Functions Missing
0 of 1 found this helpful Sony abandoned making remotes for my Stereo Amp so I had little choice but this unit. Since old remote was dead I had to use something with programming built in - and this unit offered that.
My criticism is that many functions of the original remote are not included on this remote - such as volume controls for front or back speakers.
But the good news is that I had a working remote that could power on/off the amp, select inputs, control volume and muting, select sound environments, etc.
I just wish Sony still made the original remote for my amp ....
