Purchased at Sportsman Liquidation Okuma serrano
I have owned the serrano for about 6 years. This reel is one of the longest casting reels I've ever owned. I could easily make long cast to busting bass for top water presentation. Line retrieval speed was the only flaw.

$170 patriarch is a competitive price.
I've been fishing the patriarch for 4 years now. Paired with seaguar invizx 8lb mainline
7' Fenwick elite tech shaky head rod
I bass fish , casting 1/16- 1/4 Texas rig finesse worms, craws, baby brush hogs.
Catching many fish on Bluffs and ledges in 25'+deep , also making very long cast.
Its difficult to feel bites that deep. But I've been very impressed. If you can't decide between this or a supreme xt . The patriarch is smoother and lighter.
