  Relatively fast shipping considering I live in a different continent than the seller. Item as pictured and described. I’m surprised the cardboard box didn’t have any soft padding. But the item was an exact tight fit for the box and it had fragile tape on it. So it arrived undamaged. But I’d recommend more padding in case of a careless delivery person.

  I got the refund. Seller asked me to update my feedback with that information so I am. Apparently they use DHL, and they say that is who is asking for the $32 up charge. I’ve gotten a few orders through DHL in the past and not had that issue. So who knows. I appreciate the speedy refund. That’s all I can say positively.
