Oral B Interdental
The tapered design is a good all purpose. The wire is stiffer than other brands that I have used. They will not work on tight spaces.

You, Staying Young
This book is written for the lay person. The language is simple with diagrams to help those with a limited medical background understand their points. I try to have my patients use this a starting point and I direct them to other sources like the NIH or CDC online.

Good music
Spirogyra has aCaribbean and Latin beat that makes their jazz a little unique. I liked more songs on this album than other albums even though there are great songs on their other albums as well. This cd replaces my vinyl album.
