Fun little kit
Easy to build, and cute as heck when finished. Highly recommended.

"Assemble in Minutes with Craftsmanship Results" NOT! Great Potential, but...
This kit will look awesome on your layout, but there are a large number of small parts, and the instructions are fair at best. The drawings are less than complete, and in some cases it says refer to the exploded view on the box, which in one case is smaller than a dime. The instructions do now flow, and you really need to be a detective to figure out where parts go. In addition, some parts, like those on the water tower or the other tower you have to build do not fit correctly, and without modification will not go together at all. Another complaint I have is that the details on the windows and doors are so shallow that it is difficult to paint a sharp, straight line, unlike DPM kits by the same manufacturer, where the details around windows and such are sharp and well defined. My last complaint is that the kit was missing one complete sprew of parts. Nothing major, just the loading dock details. I sent an email to the company, and after a week I heard nothing back. So I called them and they said they never got the email. She promised to send the parts out as soon as she got them up form the factory floor. Well, the factory floor must be in China because it has been another week and still no parts. I am happy with the way this kit looks on my layout, but I am a very experienced modeler. If you don't have a fair number of N Scale kits behind you, I would not recommend this series of kits.
