Fast acting, natural alternative to HRT
If you are looking for a non-hormonal, natural relieve for hot flashes and insomnia, this product is superb. I have tried several herbal remedies, some better than others but all took a while to "kick in" and then they helped with the flashes but not so much with the insomnia or vice versa. Himalaya MenoCare pretty much helped me from day 1 even though the package says it might take a few days. I slept through the night, no waking up from hot flashes, it was a game changer for me.
