Refurbished product is like new
The original Panasonic Viera remote which came with the 60” Smart TV purchase but remote stopped working 2 yrs after purchase.
Purchased two other universal remotes but these lacked the full functions of the original remote and within 2 yrs. these began to loose some of the function abilities, such as problems with changing channels & connecting to internet.
I’ve only had this refurbished remote for 2 weeks (rec’d 02/28/20) and seems to be working well. However will have to wait to see how long it continues to function properly. If I decide to purchase another flat screen smart TV it will for sure not be a Panasonic.
