Ordered folding machine, which was listed as New Condition. It didn't have a power adapter. I asked for price adjustment to order one. They did give a small refund so I purchased the power adapter. I plugged it in and it does not work. It powers up, but it does not take in any paper. I watched a You Tube video to ensure I was doing it correctly, and I was. The seller stated no refunds. I reached out to them on February 14th explaining the situation and I haven't heard a word in 2 weeks.
