  After I placed the order the seller contacted me and stated that while he was readying my purchase for shipment he noticed that the bezel was loose to the point that it could fall out. He offered to exchange a different dial vernier caliper for the one that I bought. I agreed and what arrived was like new. I will definitely buy from this seller again and recommend to other buyers.
