Best Budget Box at the Moment

Box came in post and once unpacked, had it up and running in minutes. On first run, it boots into Android OS so I headed to the OTA Updates and put latest firmware in, which was a breeze (unlike MXQ, M8S and all the other cheap boxes where FW is a hit and miss). The box is dual boot with LibreElec so once rebooted into that, installed VPN easily with the Zomboided repo. Checked memory usage, very light footprint (only using 260MB of 2GB RAM) and runs faster than any other box I've had. Runs HD content without problems and I've connected an old 300GB hard disk, via a SATA to USB caddy, which also runs any media flawlessly. All in all, this is the box you need with Kodi 17.3 (after Firmware update) to have a great Home Media Centre. Connects to Windows shares on your LAN flawlessly so you can drag and drop media direct to the box or connected USB drive.

Lasted 18,000 Miles, too many pot holes for the Bearing to last.

Fitted this wheel bearing to my Astra 1.9CDTi and it lasted 18,000 miles. Usually I fit Optimal Bearings which are twice the price but due to the state of the roads at the minute, I fitted this at £54. Pot holes kill bearings so can't really fault first line but if you want the bearing to last, fit Optimal Bearing at around £118 ;)

Decent Charger

After initially charging from my Samsung Wall Charger for 8 hours, I charged a Galaxy S3 Mini on the 1 Amp USB output and a Galaxy S5 Mini on the 2.1 Amp USB Output. Charged both devices, each reading 15% battery, to 100%, within 2 hours. Have recharged Galaxy S5 Mini again for further charge without having to recharge powerbank. I would say that manual states Max charging input for powerbank is 1 amp so I'd recommend charging from a USB port on Desktop / Laptop and not a phone charger in wall socket as my Samsung charger puts out 1.5 Amp when charging. Think this will sweat the powerbank and reduce life. Another thing worth mentioning is the powerbank doesn't run Hot when charging devices so you can easily charge devices on the go. All in all, one of the best powerbanks I've used to date.
