Mixed feelings
1 of 1 found this helpful I love the Swiffer Vac when it works. It is a wonderful cleaning tool, when it stays charged. Unfortunately, the one I recently purchased does not hold the charge for very long. (and it should cuz it's new) This is a problem I have had with this product in the past, but it usually occurs after I have owned it for a few months. It would be a far better product if it had a better battery (holds a charge for longer time periods) and if it had a REPLACEABLE battery. Instead, I have to replace the entire mop each time the battery goes wonky. The one I just purchased acts as if it has a well-used battery in it, so that is disappointing. However, the manufacturers could design a much better product that holds a better charge and allows the owners to change the batteries when they finally give out.
