Gets right to the point
If this book applies to you, if you think that it might, or if the subject just sounds interesting to you, then this book will be well worth you rime and effort. It's relatively short but it gets right to the point. I found it every bit as compelling and informative as other longer more involved books on the subject. This book would be an excellent introduction to this subject, but even if you have read other books on this subject you will still find additional useful information.

Drop Dead Honesty
This is one of the most honest and compelling memoirs of addiction that I have ever read.

If you have issues
If you have issues with the traditional 12 steps, but see the value in these fellowship programs, then this is a book is probably well worth your time and effort. It captures the basic values behind the 12 steps without all the baggage. I found it to be quite refreshing and enlightening!
