Used for 4 months but not much difference!
I have been using for 4 months now but cant say I have noticed much difference, my nails are still splitting and flaking but my hair seems to grow a little faster

Top quality and value for money
I have been using this for years, keeps my hair in top condition .Tried others but always returned to this one You only need a small amount too, so it's less expensive than it seems last much longer than some brands
