Very good product
I take one each morning and one at night, I have been using them for over a year. After a month or so my energy levels were rising and slowly the full benefits of taking a quality multi vitamin have emerged. I have problems with absorption of vitamins from food, and had several deficiency issues. These have been addressed with this particular multivitamin. I haven’t had these results with other my products, you get what you pay for.
