    Somehow the ornament got lost between the USPS and my UPS Store mailbox. Essentially one place blamed the other. Wasn't the seller's fault. The ornament was shipped quickly, and "arrived" quickly based on the tracking information. Seller was awesome with encouraging me to contact the USPS, etc. I am planning on buying their last identical ornament, so yea, I trust them and would buy from them again.
