HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE I WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID. I received two earring ina paper envelope, one was genuinely damaged so i contacted the seller who was ridiculously rude and accused me of lying trying to claim a false refund. £4?! I was shocked to see this kind of service, checked her reviews and saw she done the same to nearly 300 other customers. Just because you’ve been selling for a long period of time doesnt mean your items cant be damaged through post, doesnt make sense?

she used the item by opening it wide open & left it that way to take photo,said she wasnt happy how thin it was,which was the real reason! then demands refund for all the items not just 1! we asked to return all,refund will be issued instead decides to leave negative as we didnt let her keep items for free.Her profile shockingly shows bad reviews left for every seller she has ever purchased from,either item has not arrived or is damaged,which demonstrates how much of an honest buyer she is.
