Item was despatched the first weekday after I ordered it and delivery was well within the range specified, and was probably as fast as you could expect Australian Mail to deliver.     I accidentally ordered the wrong leather watchband - my fault. When I notified the seller of my mistake, they were very understanding and once I organised the return of the watchband, the seller quickly posted the correct replacement band.     Initially I was very concerned after receiving this case as it had scratches and bubbles all over it and injection marks, after messaging the company they told me there was a thin film on the inside and outside that needed removing, I suspected this however it was very difficult to scratch up, after they told me I persisted and the case is definitely as advertised. My advice to the company is to advertise it has these thin layers on the site or in the packaging.
