    Item was exactly as listed, it was very well packed & shipped very quickly. I communicated with the seller before shipment and the communication was excellent! I would be happy to buy from the seller again. I should mention that the item was shipped from Canada to the US with no problem or additional duty added by Customs.     Excellent seller! Ordered yesterday, and it arrived the next day. Also I tested this item, and it works like new. Just as the seller has described. Packaging was very well done and was well protected. Although, it would have been better if the parcel was a little smaller. Nevertheless, it all worked out and I'm quite satisfied with this item and seller. Little expensive, but was worth it. Also I'm quite happy that this item was well kept with no signs of abuse. I strongly recommend this seller!

    Packaging was careful and thorough. The overall I had a good experience, the baritone saxophone looks beautiful. It is as described save for a missing screw in the high side F key, but for the great price I paid I’ll take it. UPS shipping gave me a headache but that’s no fault of the seller. Overall, I would buy again, but for American buyers be aware that recent tariffs could affect pricing.
