Has both good and bad qualities
The bad - product is a bit overpriced for the quality you receive. Flimsy and thin. Would have preferred to have it made from thicker plastic. Also wish a 4 pack or larger was available at a discount.
The good - It DOES work. Keeps my toddler's and any adult hands off a switch that must stay at the ON position at all times. If the cover was thicker, it would be even more expensive and also would need to have longer screws included because the shorter screws would not "grab" the threads inside the wall plate. Design is good in that you can still turn switch the other way with a small pencil through the holes provided.

This rasp does what it says
My heels were like the worst example that you would see in an infomercial. Hard, cracked with splits...............horrible. I used this in the shower to let my feet get softer. After just a minute of using it all around my heel, I was shocked as to how much dead skin this rasp removed. I was so impressed that I went to use it the following night. Turns out my heels were too tender to use it. It actually caused a bit of pain. I figured I needed to do the same thing every night. This is not the case. If your heels are real bad like mine, you can use it with pressure like I did, but give them a chance to recover from the scraping you did the night before. Now I use it every three or four days. You could also start with LIGHT pressure and do the same every night until you get them smooth. I don't even need to use any creams or moisturizers. This thing does the job. If you only have medium to light callouses, consider a tool that has more of a sandpaper finish so you wont penetrate too deep. This rasp is sharp and it takes a lot off.

Just one small flaw with this design
Since this is a reproduction, it's understandable that not everything printed will be as clear as the original. However, some print over the five top buttons cannot be read. I'm sure the print on the original would be clear enough to read what is silk screened above the control buttons. I would be interested in seeing the size of the original manual. It would be a shame if this version was ENLARGED for easier viewing but by doing so blurred the small print. The question above asking "is it of good quality"? Yes for the details of the functions, but no for the smallest print which WOULD be clear in an original. Small flaw but could make a difference to someone who was expecting to buy a manual that had EVERYTHING crystal clear. Except for that , it was worth the price. Finding an original is rare and the way that the RT-701 manual is downloaded to be able to be printed out makes the layout unappealing to me. This was a ok substitute
