When I asked for the seller to refund the shipping portion, I was told that it is "tuff times" and he would offer NO resolution on something that was clearly his fault. Was also told anyone could claim damaged items, even though I provided pictures of 95% of the items severely damaged, due to no padding whatsoever on the miniatures. Not asking for a refund due to "tuff times", but I am quite dissatisfied.

None stop problems.
This RC has nonstop problems from the app consistently crashing to it being flimsy and the battery not holding a charge. The controller giving consistent problems, there is lag and the camera is not that good and can only be flown were there is bright light.

Saved my 220 reef tank
My old pump broke down and was able to get get this one in record time. These guys always come through and fix any problem you have.
