Better than expected
These are much more stiff than I expected and I was afraid the hens wouldn't like them. I just put straw on top and they keep the straw from going everywhere. The hens like them and I like them because I can pick them up and dump all soiled straw wherever I want without having to scoop and scrape. I just hose them down, shake the water off, then put them back with fresh straw.
