Her best album

I bought this when I saw it cheap since I really liked "This Fire". This was even better. She starts out with an R&B groove that made me think I'd cued up Lisa Stansfield. She then goes on to put together songs that jump genre but never miss their mark. She whispers and croons and even raps a bit through songs that are well crafted not just demographically shaped. The next pop princess who is carried into the spotlight by clever producers should listen to this when she suddenly decides she wants to be taken seriously.
