Still on the Test mode
1 of 1 found this helpful My CRV has a check engine diagnostic problem. Later to find out in the shop that it was the catalytic converter. The mechanic recommended first to change the oil, filter, spark plug, change gasoline to Plus and clean some sensors, of which i did as per recommendation. Add Cataclean after all the works, as per my mechanic. If it doesn't work .. then i really have to change the catalytic converter. So the check engine was put on reset, filled up my tank and added Cataclean. The run of my engine changed, it became smoother. Its been 2 months now, traveling 40 miles to and off work. Check engine has not been lighting up. Hope it stays the same until the next oil change, and add Cataclean again after 5 months.
