It's legit
Apparently harbor freight is in a very huge 12V battery shortage for the Hercules line. These are all black but all the reviews and pictures show blue and black. Think these might be a different model but they are still the 12V battery needed for my cordless ratchet. They are twice the price but they're the only ones with free shipping and on the cheaper end of the spectrum.
