    Seller misrepresented the item. "As Is Not Returns" does not apply when there is deception. Seller was extremely aggressive in communication, made up lies claiming I had offered to buy outside of eBay and other complete falsehoods. eBay found case in my favor. Seller proceeds to leave nasty feedback comments on my page. Was not going to leave feedback on this transaction but they seem to wish to keep pressing the issue with their poor service and attitude.

    My policy is plainly written in bold and underlined writing: AS IS, RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED."As is" means something is being sold in its current, exact condition, with no warranty or guarantee from the seller for any defects or flaws. The buyer accepts the item in its present state and is responsible for any repairs or issues that are discovered after the sale. He lied to ebay, said pictures blurry, they were crystal clear! Do not trust this buyer, he does not honor sellers policies.
