Customer focus leads to success year after year!
Often every day things are taken for granted. Many critical things like machines and trucks fall into this category. The unique thing that Mack did was to create value for their customers. When considering the Mack Truck Story we find that the leaders of this fine company were strategic in everything that they did. They were conservative. They were customer focused. They learned their customer's business needs. They built for their customer. Every truck fitted a proven need. They wasted nothing on frivolous marketing. They remain a success today because of their knowledge of the trucking industry and customer needs.
