Guggul tablets
Wanted to restore some "regularity" to my body. These appear to work well, but swallow them quickly...horrible taste! I find 1 Morning & 1 Evening is sufficient. Whether they have any further health benefits, I am not qualified to judge, but they are much more gentle than taking some of the commercially available remedies.

BSC to Screw adapter
Works fine. Perfect for U.K. expats. Would benefit from having metal reinforcement on the BSC side, otherwise excellent!
