Solid, well built, and reliable radio for industrial, commercial or hobby use!
You're not going to find a better built mobile radio than the MCS series. Loud, clear audio, a decent quality set of microphone offerings from Motorola or from 3rd parties, built to take harsh abuse, dusty or damp environments, In use in numerous agencies for fire, EMS, police and commercial dispatch, these radios have what it takes to make it in today's rough service environments.
Well built, sturdy, and reliable radio for industrial, commercial or hobby use!
You want 2 things out of a radio: to be able to hear and to be heard. The HT750 from Motorola fulfills both of these desires, in spades. Beefy knobs work through even thick gloved hands. Microphone and speaker quality are superb. Battery life is decent. And charging is rapid enough to restore a full shift's worth of juice in only a couple of hours. The design lets everyone know it's ready to take a drubbing and keep on plugging along.
Focus bad, power not same as advertised. Pen lasers are as good or better - and less money!
Focus bad / limited (cannot get small point), power not same as advertised. After much adjusting, i was able to make it do some small burning task but my 5 mW battery powered laser works as good as this, for 1/4 the price.
